About Sakura Ramen House
Sakura Ramen House is East Village's most enjoyable Japanese ramen destination, where every bowl starts with a broth that simmers for 18 hours. Chef Hiroshi Yamamoto trained in Fukuoka before bringing his tonkotsu mastery to New York. Our noodles are made fresh daily, our chashu pork is slow-braised for 6 hours, and every topping is prepared with genuine care.
