The Golden Fork is Midtown Manhattan's most celebrated modern American fine dining destination. Founded by Chef Marcus Holloway in 2012, our kitchen sources exclusively from local New York state farms and artisan producers to craft seasonal menus that celebrate the finest ingredients the region has to offer.
